Well I had my first UBC upper body yesterday and as I figured I am SO sore today, hehe. Plus I'm sure swimming after that didn't help, hehe. With the holidays I haven't had a 'complete week' for my UBC, but starting monday it's the full deal. CK on mon, weds, and fri and the UBC on tues, thurs and sat. So hopefully I'm alive by the end of the week!
I'm gonna go shopping for new workout clothes. I still wear my workout pants I was wearing when I was 200+ pounds. So the butt of my pants sag something bad, and the legs are absolutely loose! I kinda like it cause I have some cellulite (AHHH!) and at least it doesn't show with the baggy pants. I also lost my sports bra some how so I need a new one of those as well as a couple nice workout shirts (that support as well). So I must say that this month with purchasing my CK and my UBC, along with the punching gloves, new shoes, soon to be new workout clothes, and I need more protein powder, my credit card is gonna be at it's highest... ever! But, afte this I won't need to pay for things for a while. I'll have my 10 weeks of the UBC and then 6 months of CK, so it's worth it, just a lot to pay all at once.
Sundays are our free days, rest days for our body, and also we can eat what we want. Thank goodness cause sunday brunch! WOO! I'll still not try to overdo it... hopefully, lol.
