Creating good long term habits that I can enjoy and maintain. I LOVE being able to eat all day and still lose weight. I LOVE not being hungry and still losing weight. This is not some diet I'm trying for a few months only to return to "real" life later on. I'm in the midst of a metamorphosis, a true lifestyle change. Guess I should expect to have to adjust along the way. Change, it don't come easy.

Today was my day of rest, so I was the captain of the couch, king of the kitchen. I ate well, 'round 1500 calories. Strawberries, whey protein, soy milk, salmon, baked sweet potato fries, smart popcorn & my standard light beer. Not bad considering I saw It's Complicated and it made me want to eat waffles, chocolate cake, pasta, and every other processed sugar and carb known to mankind.
