Good job on the work out! I am back after two weeks off myself and today I was supposed to go for a walk at lunch time but I am to damn tired lol! Take a day to recover and then hit the gym tommorow....Congrats on those 2lb you lost and don't be to hard on yourself you look great in those pics!!! I would kill (ok mabe not kill) for some bouncy culrs! My hair is so straight and lifeless it takes me hours to do something with it! Great Job! Keep it up you will lose this week!

lol, I'm the opposite. I would KILL for straight hair hahhaaa. the mop is convenient, but thats bout it, lol.

GOOD! Stay here now :) uggh, its so hard right now to not see the scale do what I want it to, and to know that I realllly could be doing a little better... Its ok. I know that I'll prevail, I've just gotta get my head into the mindset that I need to be in. I refuse to be fat anymore, so I can't let myself give up, no matter how badly I'd like to!
 
No change in weight from last week. I guess I should be happy about that, but I'm not. I realllly just want to bust ass to the gym, but my sunburn is realllllly killing me today. Any tips on how to get over sunburn pain? :( I don't even wanna move because my clothes rub soo bad. Jesus.
 
I get sun burned a lot, a warm bath with baking soda helps releive the pain. Lot's of mosturizer but try to use one with out perfum cause they hurt! I was told Warm bath with milk also helps with the swelling and pain never tried it I guess you can buy that powdered goat milk at the drugs store it's made for bathing ( I read an article in a mag also that said to put honney in there) But I think most of all it just takes a couple of days. Good luck and hopefully this helps! Drink lots of water to rehydrate your system too!!!
 
Gooooood news, sunburn is officially pain free- minus where my face is peeling and the skin is a little raw. Busted some ass on my crosstrainer, but about 17min from the end of my hour my feet started KILLING me. Horrible. I don't even know why- sometimes they hurt a little but tonight was just rough... wondering if maybe I just didn't get enough water in today. They STILL hurt a lil. Ahh, oh well.

Tomorrow morning I am 100% starting my vitamins back up and stuff. I have a friggin cupboard full, time to use em up before they go bad! :)

Alright, so the gym session wasn't as great as it coulda been, but haven't been there in a few days and it was at least decent, yayy!

I keep saying I will start back with vitamines and then forget to take them. I am posting a note on my fridge today to remind me every morning to take them......I payed for them no sence in letting them go bad!

Ohhh lord. Woulda been on here MUCH sooner, but my birthday was Sunday, went out Saturday night, drank MUCH toooooo much, and broke my phone. And my computer apparently. Effff. So I had to wait until today to get a new harddrive and a new phone. lol, stupid!
Anyway, yeah. I think I need to go to the doctor, get a whole workup done. I'm always tired, even WITH vitamins and eating a billion fruits and veggies, and just generally feelin' crappy bout everything. I dunno.

It's seems that when once thing breaks the rest of your stuff follows! That was my year last year when I was on Mat leave...no money everything broke!!!
I hope that you feel better soon...mabe your vitamines just didn't have the time to kick in yiet, I take a natural brand and some things you feel right away but most of them it takes about a month to kick in. Seeing a DR is a great idee that way you will know wich vitamines you need more. I am sending you a Hug!!!

Thanks, I need it :) Just woke up from the greatest nap EVER. I know, shouldn't take naps that are this long, I was just soooo beat. Heading to the gym after this,get a good workout in.
A girl I work with has gotten into the counting cals and working out, so its nice to have someone to commiserate with, lol. Tho shes doing much better than me. sigggggghhhh. Its cool, I'll get there :)

Two women here at work at done that for a 3mo period they where both trying to lose weight and they said that after 3 mo they would see who had lost more weight and I think the looser had to pay 1$ for each lb more the other had lost, they both had lost 12lb so nobody had to pay lol!

I am hoping that with the new job I can pay a gym membership...I just don't know that the only gym in the area is worth it! I will have to check it out if I a have enough cash for a membership!

What a great idea! We both have aout the same goals and stuff, so I should definitely talk to her bout that.
My gym is a 24hr one, and I LOVE that, mostly because I don't like going with the crowds, and I stay up so late that the time just works out best for me. I did Fitness19 for about a year, wasn't a fan- it was SUPER cheap, great equipment and all the people were pretty nice, but it was pretty strict hours: open at 8am closed at 10pm. WTF?! Ohh, and Sundays were 11-6. I did okay for a while, but totally couldn't keep myself motivated to get in there early enough. I pay a bit more for this gym, bout $35 a month(which STILL isn't horrible) and can go whenev. I'm more down with that :)
If you decide to invest in a gym membership, definitely do some research as to the benefits of each, because ya don't wanna get stuck paying a huge joining fee for a gym you'll end up hating a month later. Been there, done that, NEVER gonna do it again, lol!
 
So tonight I ate chinese. I know. HORRIFYING. I even bought these delish steak strips to make a tasty steak soft taco (310cal, 8g fiber) and I STILL ate chinese with my sisters. Did NOT go back for seconds, which for me is fairly impressive tho!
Gym tonight- did 33min cardio on the crosstrainer, and about half hour of tricep weights.Not a lot of cardio compared to what I normally do, but it was relatively sweaty cardio, lol. The weights on the other hand: pretty certain my chubbeh bingo wings are gonna be sore tomorrow. I'll TAKE it!
 
Ohhh, and my sister posted some pics she took on my birthday, pics that reallly depress me. I've been disgusted with pics before, but its been a while since I've been THIS dissapointed. My face is rounder than ever, my thighs more thundery than I can remember, and I'm fairly certain that even my HAIR got bigger, lol. But I'm using these pics as a motivator. I WILL be going to the gym every day till I leave for vacay. And I WILL be a completely different person by my 29th birthday next year. I feel like I'm always making empty promises for and to myself, but if I hafta see another set of pictures this bad, I'll barricade myself in my house for the rest of my life. I don't know how I'll make money... be a phone sex operator or something, hahahaaaa! Anyway, here's the pics that make me hatehatehatehate what I've let me do to myself.
 
UGGGH! Having one of those days. Lost 2lbs last week, get up today, weigh myself and I'm back UP 3lbs. WTFFFFFF. Eating some healthy softtacos. WANT to eat loads of chocolate. Ugh. Gym will hafta be super sweaty tonight, just to destress. Great.

Ash- OHHH god. sometimes its so hard to not be negative! I'm REALLY gonna try to work on it tho. :) Loved the website. Lots of people trying to help empower everyone... Love it.
 
Gym last night was pretty good :) half hour and over 2miles on the crosstrainer, and half hour and over 6miles on the bike. Feel like I shoulda done more on the bike... but maybe its cuz I don't use that one very often. Todays weigh in says -1lb. As I'm trying to be excited about everything: YAYYYY! But I would have really loved for more, lol. Gonna be diligent today, get it doneeee. Its all rainy and thunderstormy out, so my outdoor plans are busted, but my house could use some cleaning. oh joyy.
 
Ohhh god. I've been on this site intermittently for the past few hours because its my day off and with nothing to do I wanna check out the cupboards, lol. Just made lunch- sandwich on one of those sandwich thins- bout 300cals, and then baked a zucchini. DELISHHHH. Now on to browse the site. because if I don't, I'll eat everything, lol!
