Congrats girly! 2 lbs is awesome! If we keep up this pace we'll be there in no time! I'm sorry to hear you're sick, a few people at work have sore throats and I am sooo prone to my tonsils swelling that I'm like GET AWAY!!!! I really need to get them out... maybe once my full benifits kick in :)

First week= -2lbs! YAYYY! Its a good number for minimal workouts, but I am pretty proud of sticking to counting calories, even with the boozin' it up on Saturday night.

Bad news tho- I'm effing sick. God I feel like crap :( just wanna crawl up in bed and not move. OR breathe, because it makes my throat hurt. EFFFFFF. Anyway, next two days off. Hopefully getting UN-sick, and chillin out at home.

Still feeling like crap :( drinking tons of water tho, spent a while in the backyard in the sun, that was pretty nice :) Just wanna relax a bit on my days off, hopefully start feeling better, etc.
 
Had a bbq'd burger and grilled green beans for supper, but then ate like six cookies. :blush5: Looks like the gym will be double duty tonight :( yayyy.
 
Welcome back on the board! Wish you all luck in your new fighting. It's nice when a person cares about himself and his health. I'm sure you'll manage to control your weight and be the slimmest girl in te world.

I was pretty excited about the 2lbs :) it just sucks a little when I see -2 compared to what I NEED to lose. Oh well, it all adds up :) As for my hair, the only good thing about it is I just slap some gel in it and go. Drinking TONS of water too, so hopefully I'll kick this cold soon!
 
Last day off for another week, yayy. psh. Trying to get some chores around the house done, get caught up on stuff at home. Chuggin the agua with lemon slices (little bit of vit c and all, lol) and chillin.
 
Had a bit of a rough weekend. erg. Went out for a friends birthday on Friday, ate a big ole chunk of cake and ate a cheeseburger, so even tho I didn't drink a TON of alcohol, I didn't stay within my calorie budget. AT ALL. Trying to be reallllly good today; may go to a movie later, then gonna bust ass at the gym tonight. The movie will be rough, because I LOVELOVELOVE super buttery theatre popcorn.
 
How was your weigh in today? I am right there with you for the bad weekend, I'm sure you saw it on my FB feed. Went out on Sat night for 2 friends bdays... played beer pong.. had shots... didn't eat anything though which I am so proud! Usually when I drink and someone is like "lets got to taco bell" or "lets order a pizza" after the bar I'm like YEA! drunk food is the best.. but I was like nope, just gonna go home and pass out! :)
 
Ahhh. Week 2? Not terrific. Not bad. Didn't gain, but didn't lose anything... dumb. PRAYING to have a good loss week 3...
 
Had a GREAT workout tonight, sweat like I haven't in a while :) Can't say I thought I'd be proud of that... lol.

Still have a ways to go before my cardio levels are back up there, buttttt I'm gettin there, fershur. Felt good, arms will prob be a little sore tomorrow!

Have a long way to go in a short amount of time before my vacation, gonna push it the best I can!

I'm not gonna lie: I would MUCH rather sit in my sweat pants on the couch and watch tv, buuutttt I gotta get into the groove again, and live the way I WANT to live. I can do itttt! :)
 
Just about to go back to work from lunch... god, that 1 hour is never long enough! Lunch was a veggie sandwich and potato soup and corn. MMMM. Loads of fiber. Work till 1230am, then hafta turn around and be back to work at 1100 am... eff. Its ok. I canSTILL get a great workout in tonight :)
 
You are doing amazing girl! I wish we lived in the same city so we could be workout buddys. Maybe some day we'll Skype our workouts haha. Hope your week keeps going great, I'm thinkin your going to have a big loss if you keep going like this! Love you!

Went camping at the lake yesterday and today.. was a much needed lil mini vacay, but I didn't eat the greatest- and I'm so burnt. Ohhhh am I burnt. And tired, lol. Gonna pass out tonight rather than go to the gym. I KNOWWWW. such a wuss thing to say, but I went to take my work shirt off and lifting my shoulders hurt like a bitch! I'm never gonna get skinny. Fuck.
