Another decent day today

Other than my car being sick, things were good. I can, however, tell that TOM is coming, uggh,

and I hate that. Psh. Worked 3 to midnight, so after I got off work I ate some supper and then hit the gym. Woooo. the life I lead man, the life.i.lead.
Food for the day:
Umm, didn't really HAVE breakfast cuz I slept in soooo late, lol(due to going to the gym so late last night), but we'll call this breakfast

b: Leftover turkey stroganoff with veggies- 435c, 2f
snack: energy bar- 140c, 0f
L: sushi! Yum

- 400c, 7f
watermelon, bout two cups- 100c, ?f
snack: 1 slice of poundcake. Arrghh! It was really tiny, and I coulda taken more, but I stopped myself at the one slice when they set it down, lol. And honestly- I was craving some hardcore sugar, so the fact that I CAN in fact eat a small piece and just SAVOR it was good to know
Supper after work: wrap thingy; 1 la tortilla shell(100c, 13f), deli turkey slices(50c, 0f), 1 slice of pepperjack cheese(60c, 0f), lettuce, and little bit of light miracle whip and spicy mustard- 230c, 13f
After workout snack: 1cup of Fiber1 cereal with half cup skim milk- 225c, 9f.
Also, throughout the day I snacked on some exotic chips- 390, 9f.
Total calories: 2020, with 50g fiber. AGAINNNNN with the calories just a little to high... 220 over today. Thats what I get for eating 3 servings of those stupid exotic chips

Also, a LOTTTT of fiber. Wow.
Total Water: only 90oz, little lower than normal.
Gym: Did a few sets/weights each of shoulders and chest, and did tricep
pulldowns.
Crosstrainer: 60minutes, 3.88miles. With a whollleeee variety of intensities and ramp strides.
-Got a GREAT sweat in tonight, and I'm confident that I'll continue in the direction I wanna go in

Another positive note: I haven't worked out OR stuck to a diet(tho my cals have been a little up) this many days in a row in a lonnnggg time lolll! How exciting!
Going out again Saturday night- have the day off tho, so I think I'll try* to go into the gym during the day just to get a little bit of stuff done. Anyone know of a nice low cal drink I can have one or two of while I'm out?? I always stick to beer, but maybe I need to try somethin else..
Anyway, off to bed finally!
