Wednesday Food

red river with brown sugar - 400 cals

Fruit smoothie

cantalope
blueberrues
apple juice
protein powder

p/b jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread 300

2 hot dogs 370
2 buns 220

large coke - 330

corn kerrnals - with butter 200ish

Exercise - 45 mins deep water - that is it...

POOPED!!!

Water 1.5 liter bad bad bad me...

wooohoo girl.. i can totally see a difference. keep going girl and your gonna beat me to our goals. haha lets kick this weight outta here. ok back to exercising and taking care of little man while alex is in kindergarten. man i can't believe its been almost a week since he started school

half a cucumber

3/4 cups of white rice - 200

3 eggs scrambled - 210
red/yellow peppers
ketchup
1/2 cup of cheese 250 (EEEKKKK!)

Ive always had a hard time with cheese knowing cals per servings etc...on The last 10 lbs boot camp, she said the 1 cup of cheese is 500 cals )OUCH!!!

Fruit smoothie

blueberries
banana
strawberries
1/4 cup of apple juice
cinnimon
protein powder

Ketchup chips - 300

Blt froom Tim Hortons - 450
Pepsi -

Water - 1.5 liters (BAD)
Exercise - 60 mins water areobics....

Ive been too pooped for p90x...will try to dbl up tomorrow...One session before bed another session when i get up...
 
Cheese is one of those things you never expect to be as bad for you as it is.

Does cinnamon really go well with the taste of Blueberries?

Actually the cinnamon tastes really good it is a nice touch and i read somewhere that using cinnamon and tabasco is a great way to rev up metabolism and good food for your abs...

I didnt eat very regularly today or very well...

foot long pizza sub on white bread with extra cheese LOL

a flat bread pizza (homemade)

peppers
salomi
ham
some other meat
cheese

Coke - 400 cals

1 liter of water

no exercise

Ive been stressed to the max...

I guess despite loosing actual numbers my body is changing...Altho I do question why I bother at times...Im gonna call the naturopath tomorrow and set up an appt.

Hey Cerella, was nice to find some friendly faces when I posted again. How are you? And hey, fruit smoothies....are you buying or making those? I wanted a fruit smoothie really bad yesterday but at 2 stores the ones they had were just big bottles of sugar and calories and didn't look like a smoothie at all.
