Ok, here goes nothing! I am excited to finally be doing this. I keep coming on this website and reading others diaries. I am so impressed by the support and success everyone has here. So, here I go.
I have really decided to take things serious. Last week was a great start for me, but this week is going to be even better.
I don't have a ton of weight to loose, but I come from a history that carries a lot of weight the older they get. I have been scared to death that as time goes on, I am destined to look that way. I am going to fight now so I don't have to fight the depression and anger later. I just had a baby about 10 months ago, and there is no better time to start. I want to be able to play, run, and have fun with my children.
Yesterday was a success and so I'll start with yesterdays cals.
Breakfast:
2 Instant oatmeals: 320 cals
Snack:
Zone bar: 210
Lunch:
ham sandwich: <300??
Snack:
Banana 100
Dinner:
Chicken and small salad 300
Total: 1230 cals
