OHD... the almond butter is usually in the PB section. I get mine at Winco, and a store called Trader Joes. I know I've seen in at other stores as well. I don't really know about a brand. The one at Winco was DELICIOUS!!! The one at TJ's was a little more runny. I like the Raw (not roasted) creamy. i'm getting hungry right now!

ok... what's wrong with me? I feel like i've lost my commitment to this. I don't feel a whole lot of success. The scale goes up and down so drastically that I get depressed and I jump off. I guess I just have to remind myself that tomorrow is a new day. Monday at that. I'll do better.
I'm just feeling blue. Why is it that I'm not succeeding. Am I expecting too much too fast? Or am I doing something wrong? :(

You’ve lost one third of the weight you want to. That is success!:)
Try graphing your weight and you’ll see the gradual overall downward trend. There will be fluctuations, but you’ll see it’s going down overall.

Dont quit on us yet there girly girl! I find the ups and downs hard - i try to weigh in less often helps, and i always weigh more at that female time of the month also.
 
Thanks Crebbs and Wishes! I was really thinking of not coming back here, but I feel like maybe someone would miss me. Thanks a million!

As for my weight loss. I'm trying to stay focused and possitive. I have had a terrible cold this week, which has really slowed me down. I have my soccer game tonight. I'm excited, but I think I'll take it a little easy just so I don't push myself and get MORE sick. I'm hoping this passes quickly. The other thing...I have been trying to remind myself to eat. When I'm sick, I loose my appetite, but i don't want to throw myself into that "starvation mode", so i have been trying to stay faithful in eating every 3 hours.

I'll try and keep pushing through this.

Breakfast:
Go lean cereal = 250

Snack:
cottage cheese = 100

Lunch:
PBJ = 300

Snack:
zone bar = 210

Dinner:
Leftovers chicken & Potatos w/cottage cheese = 350

Played soccer... not well, still fighting off a cold.
Total Cals: about 1210
 
That damn cold, I am feeling pretty guilty about it. I think I was the first one to get it this year on the forum. Damn computer virus'

ok.. I'm finally feeling better. This flippin cold has really thrown me off. I have been eating TERRIBLE, I have been completely inactive, and I'm ready to get going again. We are going out of town for the weekend, and on Monday, I'm hitting the weights, and i'm back to my eating schedule. I forgot how terrible bad food makes you feel!
