Ok, so the day before yesterday was pretty good. Ate well, and kicked butt on the bike for 20 min's doing intervals. Yesterday not my best. I don't know if I should be happy about the previous day, or just bummed about yesterday. I think I'm starting to get discouraged. I know I shouldn't. I've seen some progress, but... it seems to be slowing down. I keep getting on the scale, and it not only quit moving, it started going up a little. Thus, the bad day yesterday. I guess it wasn't TOO bad. I've seen worse...
The weekends are my "reward" days. We are usually with people, family, etc. But... you'd a thought it was a weekend on Wednesday!
