Monday was back!

Breakfast:
Instant oatmeals = 300

Snack:
Cottage Cheese = 100

Lunch:
Quesadilla = 300

Snack:
Zone Bar = 210

Dinner:
Progresso Soup = 240

Snack:
Zone Bar = 210

Total Cals = 1360
 
Ok, so the day before yesterday was pretty good. Ate well, and kicked butt on the bike for 20 min's doing intervals. Yesterday not my best. I don't know if I should be happy about the previous day, or just bummed about yesterday. I think I'm starting to get discouraged. I know I shouldn't. I've seen some progress, but... it seems to be slowing down. I keep getting on the scale, and it not only quit moving, it started going up a little. Thus, the bad day yesterday. I guess it wasn't TOO bad. I've seen worse...
The weekends are my "reward" days. We are usually with people, family, etc. But... you'd a thought it was a weekend on Wednesday!

slice of apple pie ??

Cheer up! Stay POSITIVE and don't get discourged. That day is beyond over and your new focus is today. Don't dwell on it. Then you'll start to loose focus. Keep your head up and your legs moving!!:D

Thanks Jelly for the encouraging words!! You made me feel a little better. I can't stop now. There will be days that don't work out perfect, but I can't stop.

Well, this weekend was tough on me. I feel like I need to recommit. So, here I go. Recommitted. I have a BBQ this afternoon that will throw me off a little, but i'm not going to let that get me too upset. I'm excited for the rest of the day, and excited for tomorrow. Thanks for everyone's positive feedback. I'm glad I have somewhere to go.

Alright!! I'm back on track. Today was a great day. I worked out (weights), ate my usual, and got ready for a soccer game tomorrow. I have never played soccer in my life, and I have joined a group of girls in indoor soccer. I'm really nervous. I don't want to make a fool of myself. I checked out the facilities tonight, and i was shocked at how warm it was. All the guys playing looked like they just came out of the showers. I'm not a great runner!

Wow!!! i have never played on a team sport before. What a total riot!!! The soccer game was a total hit. We smoked em 7-0!!! There were a few good girls on our team, they really held things together. But, I had fun chasing the ball, and made some good contact with it. I can't believe I didn't make a fool of myself, and I actually had fun. I thought my heart was going to come through my chest a few times. Ok.. pretty much the whole time. We have a big team, so the subs were frequent. I needed the breaks!
I had a pretty good day of eating too.

They say the best way to stick to exercise is to make it something fun. The soccer sounds great fun.

ok.... pretty good day. I'm feeling sore tonight from all the soccer. I should have worked out this morning, but somehow I got lazy with all the running I did last night. I can't wait until next weeks game. I'm still on a high from it. FUN FUN FUN!

ok.. i hate thinking that my calories are too high. So, I was GOING to eat that last big of cereal, but... instead.. i'm eating some string cheese. So, the real calories for today will be...

Total Calories today: 1670

lol @ the lean cereal calories - must be pretty high in sugar to make 300 calories :D
Couple eggs on toast would be about the same and taste better!
 
Hey Raina, Just wanted to stop in and say hi...and ask you about the Almond Butter you talked about in my diary. Is there a certain brand that you'd recommend? I've never seen it in my grocery store...although I've never really looked either.
