Wow--you're under 200! I cannot wait to get into Onederland. :D

What footy club does your H support?

My H and I have just started trying for a baby, too. I refuse to put it off any longer. :biggrinjester: Anyway, I hope you have great weight loss success between now and autumn. How old are you, btw? Just wondering if you're as ancient as I am. :D

Your getting closer to Onederland everytime i look at your ticker the latest challenge will totally help you on your way

He supports Liverpool he was born there and its a footy mad family so i just put up with it when he takes over the tv but enjoy going the matches though!

im 26, 27 in july, the original plan was 30 but we decided now is a good time well autumn will be lol

A girl in our SW group is pg and was asking if she should carry on trying to loose weight the consultant said that she should as healthy eating is not going to harm the baby and will prob get the right Nutrients etc more so then if she didnt go to SW and then discussed weigh ins and when the baby weight should start to show(i didnt hear that bit) just made me think how good would it be to carry on loosing weight at the start and not put on Xstone like i think i would

That's cool. I have a Liverpool Footy t-shirt from 1992. I think they had a really good year that year.

Yeah, I plan to eat sensibly once I'm preggers in hopes of at least not gaining any weight. I've had friends lose weight while preg and have perfectly healthy babies. It wasn't intential weight loss, though--gall bladder problems.

Hi Sarah!
Good job on the new low! I'm so happy for you! Don't get discouraged by tom, we all gain something during that week...

Have a great friday!

I havent been visiting diaries much recently (I got behind with everything by visiting my parents in Newcastle). I see that you havent updated your diary for a little while. I hope that everything is going well for you.

Have you managed to get through that 14 stone barrier. I was stuck for quite a while just above that. I remember that I wanted to be below it for my school reunion in October and ended up being just above it - only getting through a few days later. Sometimes milestones can take quite a while.

HI Guys

Sorry i have not been around but i have been soooo busy with work and reading up on operations that i will be seeing the next day and house stuff going the gym (not been going so well) But im back and have a new look on things

So i am now 14.2lb starting afresh from now well yesterday was THE day i started again
I went the gym at 9.30am for a spinning class (never been before) so its a 45min class after 30mins i had to stop my legs gave up and would not pedel any more but i was really happy with myself for those 30 mins i almost did exactly what was being asked of us i just made my hills smaller after 20 mins but they were still killers, I thought i would be unable to walk today but im fine but my bum is sore from the seat though!!!! :smilielol5:

Im off to catch up and will be back soon

Hi Sarah

I know just how difficult it is trying to juggle a million things at once. You are bound to be busy devoting a lot of time to your new job - now that you are working in your career you will want to do well.

Well done for becoming remotivated towards your weight loss project. It certainly sounds like you had a gruelling gym session there.

I hope that you see results and get under that milestone. As I mentioned - I hovered there for simply ages.

Take care

Hi Sarah!

Its good to see you back here, Life gets in the way of dieting but you sound really focused and ready to go =)

Well done on the spin class, I probabaly would have collapsed! hehe
It can be really tough doing shifts and trying to lose weight, I work in a hospital as a HCA so I know what a pain it can be, especially when you are tired and not in the mood for making healthy food.
Best of luck for this week and im sure your hard work will pay off and you will see a nice lower number next time you get weighed.

Take Care

Thanks for the encouragement and understanding guys

I have found a begin to spin class i think is more my level but it starts at 5.15 and i work till 5 and its 30 mins away so unless i manage to get an early dash does happen sometimes i cant make it
I am working in a routine where i go the gym 3 times a week sat am is one and i think wednesday before weigh in will be a 2nd day so will just need to find another day and start the routine

Im going on a hen weekend on friday with my best friend from uni so cant wait, but at the same time worrying about what i will be eating!

Sarah

Hi Sarah

I hope that you enjoyed the hen weekend - and that you managed to not make too many bad calorie choices.

I also hope that you manage to get away in time for your new spin class.

The new gym routine sounds good and effective.

A trip to the gym just before weigh in sounds like good timing to me. Quite a few of us think that we see our weight go down with a burst of exercise - see what happens to you by weighing before and after and comparing. It might depend on how much you need to drink during to keep you going.

Good luck at the scales this week

Take care
Love
Margaret
