Thanks guys--know a pound is still a pound but at my size it should be coming off quicker than that considering I'm only in week 2. Never mind. We'll see what Sunday brings. I'm baby-sitting Saturday night so food will be good and I wont be able to drink so I'm hoping for a loss on Sunday morning.
I'm not sure why I find weekends so much easier to eat well. I usually get up late, which helps. And then I can distract myself easily so don't feel the need to eat. Also, I drink a TON of water on the weekends, usually to compensate for drinking little during the week. So that helps.
Day was good today. Walked home from work which I've calculated at 4 miles so I'm happy with that considering it's so hot here today! Waiting for the Yank to get home and then hopefully gonna go for a walk down to the beach and then for a cheeky drink in a beer garden somewhere before coming home to watch X-Files and put on face masks! Such a manly man I have
He's such a keeper though. I get massages most evenings, he paints my nails, runs my baths, rubs my feet when I'm tired. He's brilliant. And likes to look good so I think we'll have a nice relaxing evening of baths and pampering! I know he's hoping for a little something something tonight but I feel like a giant whale today *flops around*
All the skinny minnies at work were talking about how fat their legs are and I'm literally twice the size of all of them. Felt a bit crappy. But I'm kicking butt with the food and exercise so I don't care!
Calories will be low today but I've planned on that. I will be drinking tonight so I want my food to be a low as possible to counteract that slightly. I've drank a lot of water today and it's 5:15pm here and I'm not hungry at all so will wait until I'm hungry to have dinner so hopefully that will stop me snacking later !
