Weight Watchers do mini-naan breads which are AMAZING and still taste yummy and authentic (as authentic as you can get whilst not eating in an Indian Restaurant!). And they are not as bad for you

Snacks: 400 calories worth! (cookies!)

Exercise: Circuit training for 1 hour. Mix of rowing machine, stair stepper, cross trainer and treadmill.

I'm kinda celebrating tonight because my CRB (police check for work) is FINALLY onto the "printing" stage so I can start working VERY soon!
Will be going to the gym with 2 girlfriends tonight and then going back to theres for a little drink before hanging out with the flat-mates and drinking tonight!
