phat-girl-slim - I did really expect to gain tonight. I know I eat very little calorie wise but I eat *alot* of healthy stuff so I'm always full and end up feeling guilty over little slip ups like ice lollies that are only 50 calories! I ate a load of pasta last week so thought that it might have messed it up for me and I hadnt weighed in since I left my parents house a few weeks ago so was nervous that all the good food and drink then would come back to bite me in the ass!!

In regards to my work--I work with disabled kids. The team I work with looks after kids with cancer, epilepsy, autism and blind and deaf kids. Sometimes I'll be taking them out for swimming and beach days, maybe shopping or out for lunch. Other kids need 24/7 support so I'll be doing night shifts from 10pm-7am where I have to change their oxygen levels and feed them through tubes in their tummies :( Very poorly kids :(

Went out for lunch with Yank today so have to make sure I have a little dinner! Ordered pretty well though..Should not have had those two bits of garlic bread but oh well, I'll make up for it later! Hopefully doing the 30 day shred DVD tonight so will let everyone know how much I hurt later on!

I totally have a crush on Gillian Micheals. I can't tell if I was more hot and bothered by the work-out or by her!! :beating:

Anyway, I'm going to be following the 30 day shred thing! So as well as my normal gym and eating routine, I'll be doing the 20 min work-out whenever I get time each day. Want to see if it'll make any difference.

I've don't own any weights, so I've been using two full 75cl water bottles for the strength section. Think they weigh between 2-3 pounds when full so I think they'll do til I've brought some proper ones.

I'm going to do level one for 5 days, and then move on to level 2! I did just try level two and I got as far as the walking push-ups, fell on my face and turned the TV off. Yay, will-power!

However, I did the level one and it was AWESOME! Could really feel the burn and you don't stop even for a second. Perfect work-out and I was really sweating and breathing hard at the end (although, like I said--Massive lesbian crush on Miss Micheals!)

Want to find out how many calories I burnt during the work-out and I did some research and a guy said 175 but I think that's a little steep maybe..I'll put it at 150 for now and hunt around a bit more.

LOL!! Jillian is adorable and super sexy, I agree! Her body is so amazing!!

I have several of her DVDs and I love them. It's like she is in the room with me and can see me. haha

Thanks dude! It's the first work-out DVD where I feel like I owe her something! The other instructers I dont really care about but you're so right, it's like she's there with you! I'm quite in love with her. Me and my partner watch Biggest Loser online religiously and she's the best part of the show!!!
