I totally have a crush on Gillian Micheals. I can't tell if I was more hot and bothered by the work-out or by her!!
Anyway, I'm going to be following the 30 day shred thing! So as well as my normal gym and eating routine, I'll be doing the 20 min work-out whenever I get time each day. Want to see if it'll make any difference.
I've don't own any weights, so I've been using two full 75cl water bottles for the strength section. Think they weigh between 2-3 pounds when full so I think they'll do til I've brought some proper ones.
I'm going to do level one for 5 days, and then move on to level 2! I did just try level two and I got as far as the walking push-ups, fell on my face and turned the TV off. Yay, will-power!
However, I did the level one and it was AWESOME! Could really feel the burn and you don't stop even for a second. Perfect work-out and I was really sweating and breathing hard at the end (although, like I said--Massive lesbian crush on Miss Micheals!)
Want to find out how many calories I burnt during the work-out and I did some research and a guy said 175 but I think that's a little steep maybe..I'll put it at 150 for now and hunt around a bit more.
