Put that down, fatty!

At home still :) Weighed in at pretty much the same as last week this morning but ate out last night which might be why. We shall see! Back to writing everything down on Monday but I'm still eating below 1500 whilst I'm home and doing lots of walking.

Hope everyone is okay :) Off to Wagamama's tonight but found a dish that's only 500 calories which is awesome!

Glad to hear it was a successful weekend! Nuts are great...If I'm feeling those hunger pangs I have a small handful of almonds (or pecans, my fave). Delish! Keep up the great work!

Thanks dude :D

Right, I'm back home FINALLY. I drank insane amounts last night. 1 small bottle of vodka, 1 bottle of white wine and half a BOTTLE of Baileys. And a bunch of shots. Needless to say I was violently sick everywhere (so was the Yank) and we made complete tits out of ourselves. Very unsexy.

Back on the diet wagon today though!

Those days are the worst...you can get through it! But if you take it easy, that's okay too. Some downtime is needed occasionally. We all have our 'fat' days, but you're beautiful and have come so far, you should feel anything but fat!

Skipping your weigh-in again this week? Naugthy girl! Do they have meetings any other day you could go? If not I'm sure by next week you will have a big loss so just keep hanging in there!

Awhhh thanks Rach! You always put a smile on my face! :D Just having one of those days where I wear my sulky pants and sulk all day!

Lisaaaa, I am far too fat to weigh myself this week. Weigh is was at 6:30 this evening and I was soooo hungry all day so I had soup at 4 and I'm on my period and I've had a VILE weekend of fatness. I weighed in at home and I was down 2 pounds before my period and I dont want to pay £5.50 to find out that I'm just as fat as last week. *feels sorry for myself*

I'm going to weigh in at the gym tomorrow though (going in the morning) so i'll report back then!

Just stuck in a stupid rut. Am hitting the gym HARD tomorrow and sticking to my calories ALL week so I can keep off the 2 pounds I lost last week. Just dont want to update my diary with the loss until WW have confirmed, ya know? WW is god! My scales are home are apparently new so I'm almost SURE I'm down another 2 but I dont want to put it in til I'm sure :(

Afternoon everyone :D Went to the gym this morning which was fun. Was meant to go with a friend at 11am but I was up a 9 and waiting around for her. Then she rang at 11 to tell me she'd double booked herself and had already gone with someone else earlier! Thanks for letting me know *eye roll* Ahh well, she offered to come again but that would have been wayyy too much exercise for her so I just took her ipod and went alone :) I missed having an ipod--Felt much more motivated listening to music I actually liked instead of crappy rap music.

Sunflower, you should get an ipod shuffle - they are so so cheap at the moment (one of the old style clip on basic ones off of ebay or somethign). I only use mine for the gym and just keep a perm mix of songs on there that I know "get me moving!"

Love you! You always crack me up when I catch up on your diary. I had no idea that naan bread was that fattening. I have heard awesome things about it, but have never had it. Now I think that is a good thing lol.

You are kicking my butt with the exercise dedication. I just can't seem to get up and go anymore. Maybe some of your good habits will rub off on me lol. Keep up the great work!!

Disneylady I love youuu :beating: Weight Watchers do mini-naan breads which are AMAZING and still taste yummy and authentic (as authentic as you can get whilst not eating in an Indian Restaurant!). And they are not as bad for you :) You should try some! Hope you kick ass at exercise today, missy! We can both do it!!

jjjay -- I *really* want an ipod shuffle but money is so tight right now until I start working so will have to hold out and get a sexy new something when I get paid!!

I didn't know you were doing ww too. I just started back yesterday. Day 2 for me today, time to start counting points!!

Hope you have a great week!

I've been with WW since day 1 of my diet! LOVE it. I've made a really good friend who texts me during the week to keep me on track and I love all the WW foods. Yum!! Hope you enjoy it as much as me!

How much does WW cost? I have very little money, but I've heard such great things about it and wonder if it's worth the investment. It's obviously working for you and many others around here!

heh when I did Slimming World, i ended up paying so much in back subs for meetings I'd avoided because I knew it would be a rubbish weigh in for me!!! Cost me a fortune!

Sunflower - keep an eye on ebay! You can pick them up for like £10 second hand.

Rach -- It costs me £5.50 to go every week. Which is expensive! It's cheaper to pay monthly and you get the perks of the online stuff they offer but I dont have reliable enough money coming in to commit to paying each month!! You can follow the WW path just by buying a few of their food guides and sticking to points. I'd be happy to share the quiz you take to find out how many points a day you are allowed and finding out food values is easy online, without having to pay. Maybe even finding a WW forum to find friends and support systems if you wanted to try it without the meetings!

jjjay -- Thanks dude, will get on e-bay and check it out!

Breakfast: WW spag on crumpet with marmite (170) WW hot choc (50)

Not doing exercise today. Hurt my shoulder yesterday at the gym I think--Yank tried to massage it this morning and it was so painful so I'm giving it a rest today. Have an insane amount of work to do for Uni and work have just booked me in for about another 10 training days. Can't wait to get started! My police check finally came back so I can start working!! Think I'll mostly have autistic kids but all the other training is important for if I get a terminally ill child or kids with more severe problems. Fingers crossed I'll enjoy the work!! Wish the same could be said about my Uni essays!!

On another note--Crumpets instead of toast is AWESOME. Much more filling and less calories!

Thought I'd do some more photos--Need to remind myself how far I've come.

This was a younger, fatter Sunflower.

And this is me now :) Still another 25-30 pounds to go!

Sunflower, you look so different - I can't believe its only 27lbs. You must feel great about yourself. Really inspires me to work harder to get down into the 170s!

How can you eat spaghetti for breakfast?!?!?! heheh on a crumpet>?!?!?
Crumpets>toast but muffins>crumpets! I find one toasted muffin fills me up more than a crumpet (but 140 cals compared to 100!).

Hope your shoulder feels better soon.
