Hey Juni--With regards to the jogging..I'm AWFUL. Like, really. I try most days at the gym and can do a mile or so without literally dying but it's very hard for me to do it for very long. But I always try
It's easier on a treadmill I think! But when I went out I jogged for about 10-15 mins without stopping which is good for me. I have a really weak left ankle so I worry about slipping up outside. But yeah, in short, I'm terrible at it!
