Hey Juni--With regards to the jogging..I'm AWFUL. Like, really. I try most days at the gym and can do a mile or so without literally dying but it's very hard for me to do it for very long. But I always try :) It's easier on a treadmill I think! But when I went out I jogged for about 10-15 mins without stopping which is good for me. I have a really weak left ankle so I worry about slipping up outside. But yeah, in short, I'm terrible at it!

And thanks DoubleeeClick! And I'm cooking as we speak! Stuffed chicken, rice and veg!

Seriously, watching Biggest Loser has given me such a kick up the ass. If a 500 pound man can run on a treadmill without dying there is no reason why I can't! I need to up my game. I want this and I want it before June. My next goal is hitting the 2 stone mark (which will be next week) and then I only have 10 more pounds to go until I am "normal" for my height. Which is exciting :D

Going to try and hit the gym this afternoon after breakfast. Want to go for longer than usual and work my butt off a little more. They didnt have any music on last time and it really made it hard to focus..Very annoying.

Breakfast: 3 rivitas with marmite and a WW hot chocolae - 200
Lunch: carrots - 35
Dinner: pizza with home-made wedges - 600
Snacks: WW brunch bar - 80 3 rivitas with marmite - 100

Total:
Exercise: Hit the gym for 50 mins :D 2.5 miles on the treadmill at an incline of 10. Cross trainer for 200 calories. Did 400 altogether. And a one hour walk.

I'm soo jealous of you, not only do you live on a beach, the weight is dropping off you!

10 pounds is what is "normal" for my height..BUT I want to lose 50 altogether..So still have just over 20 to go :)
 
My goal at first was to get to 150, which is 10st 10 so I could be normal BMI, turns out that I'd have to be 149.2 or something daft to be normal.
Silly equation.
So mine is being adjusted to whenever I'm confident enough to wear a bikini, along with having a normal BMI.
I read your first post, you mentioned wanting to be a size 12.. What are you at at the moment?

Good job on the loss!! Amazing progress! I know what you mean about working out to music! If I forget my mp3 player I suck at the gym - all the people talking around me distracts me and I can't focus - same with running - if I didn't have music I don't think I could run even for 5 min! Keep it up Hana!!
 
Thanks darling! They had music on today (horrible dance music though!) and I rocked out to that. Did much more than usual!! Thanks for all the support <3

Doubleclick: I was a size 14-16 depending on where I shopped. I havent brought new clothes (apart from a dress my mum brought me which is a little too big at a size 14!) but I think I'm a small 14 at the moment. Might push for a 10-12 if I get to a 12 and still feel gross though!
 
I am getting my drink on tonightttt! ;) Already planned dinner though and I'm drinking vodka and diet pepsi so all is not lost! I think I deserve a bit of a break. Was barely hitting 1000 for some of last week and I've been working my butt off at the gym so I figure I deserve a little rest. I still did a good 2 hours of exercise today (walking, gym) so I figure I can eat more tonight than usual and treat myself a little. Pizza and home-made fries!! Yummmmy!
 
You are doing marvelous chica and hell ya to having sex with the lights on! Next thing you know you will be going out and buying a spotlight to shine on your sexy bum lol. Keep it up and you will be at that goal weight in no time. I wish I was only 10 pounds away from normal, but alas I have many more mountains to climb.
 
You can do it though! I'm *such* a lazy cow and if I can do it, you can do it! Would NEVER have been able to do it without this place though--And I mean that. The people here are awesome and you all help me so much <3 Much love to my sexy ladies (and guys!).

P.S. I can fit in my old "Ann Summers" underwear! Once I drop another 10 I'm giving Yank the night of his life! I feel (almost!) sexy!

Well, last night ended up a little worse than I had intended. Had dinner and then had peanut butter, then had a packet of crisps..Not good. Still under 1400 for the day though so not too shabby.

Will try to hit the gym this evening but Yank is poorly and in bed so might stay home and take care of him instead..Do a work-out dvd or something instead. We'll see..

Breakfast: WW hot chocolate - 50
Lunch: WW beans on one bit of toast (no butter) - 180
Dinner:spag bol - 500
Snacks: carrot snack pack - 30. 2 crumpets - 150

I can't have peanut butter in the house because I will eat it all with a spoon!! One time when we had some and my hunnie was going away from work I asked him to hide it and when he was gone I searched the whole house for it one night when I was having a bad craving! I didn't find it and when he got home I asked where he hid it and it turns out it was in the garage! I didn't even think to look there! It was a good thing too!

Woke up at 7:30 this morning to a phonecall from a friend saying our mutual friend was going to hospital :( She had really bad ear-ache but they turned her away so I had to get up and take her to the doctors. (just an ear infection, she's fine) and then came home and slept til 4:30! One way to not eat very much I suppose!!!

Dinner: 1.5 cups of pasta - 300 sausage - 200 sauce - 100
Snacks: bread - 80 WW hot choc - 50 rivitas - 100

Urghh, I have been such a lazy bitch the last few days. Feel like crap. Ate 3 bags of crisps in a go the night before last. Like, really. Just one after the other. And I just found doritos on top of my wardrobe that I must have drunkenly tried to hide on thursday night.

Back to the gym, fat-ass!!

Exercise:Gym baby! cross trainer, rowing machine, cross traimer, treadmill, stair walker and cross trainer again. 500 calories :D
