Put that down, fatty!

Hey! Just wanted to say congradulations for not caving over the holidays - I definately did. It's like I look for excuses to allow myself to eat crazy amounts of yummy junk food.

Anyways, I think you should definately skip out on WW - you had a holiday this weekend, so take a break from WW too perhaps.

Also, my parents tick me off so much! Not so much my mom because she's lost a lot of weight (no exercise mind you, she just doesnt touch a single carb) but my dad just makes my blood hot. I'll hear him in the kitchen at 1 am just eating everything in sight, and he'll put like extra cheese on his oven pizzas and just eat the most disgusting things. Thats how i got fat, and I just think of myself I guess. Dont know what it is, but its like the biggest pet peeve ever.

by the way youre doing awesome!

YOU'RE BACK
*tacklehugggg*
I'm so in awe of you for your control over easter AND for giving away your chocolate bunny. R.e.s.p.e.c.t
Lalalala.
Your parents are clearly jealous of your weight loss success that they are incapable of achieving due to their LACK of control. It's funny that they pick you up on the 'slippery slope' of eating 1 square of chocolate when they're munching on a bunny head.

WHATEV.

Hmm.
I don't know what to suggest re: WW meeting.
If you don't think you're gonna have lost, then I'd probably save my money, not go & work extra hard over hte coming week so you KNOW you'll lose next week.

Hey Shoreline, thanks for the congrats! I'm glad you get the whole parents thing--A big pet peeve of mine as well!

Doubleclick <3 *glomps* I have missed choo! I'm defo skipping WW tonight ;)

Well, I went to the doctors today (I'm fine, don't worry!) and I got weighed and according to their scales I'm down another 2 from last week. Which is awesome. But I wont change my sig or anything until WW confirms it next week.

I just got back from the gym. Did 30 mins cardio on various machines and burnt 350 calories which is average but there is LITERALLY no food in the house so I didn't have brekkie so felt a little light-headed and stopped.

Going to walk to Asda's and do a big food shop today..Fancy trying some new recipes :D

Today:

Brekkie: No food for meeee :(
Lunch: WW tomato soup - 70 Rivitas with scraping of butter and marmite - 130
Dinner: small chicken breast wrapped in bacon/low fat mozerlla - 300. Jacket potatoe - 168.
Snacks: a few white choccie buttons - 100. Nuts - 250

Exercise: Gym - 350 calories

Good work over the weekend - I bet you lost some even if it doesn't feel like it! Do you do measurements? I believe you do but don't remember your last update. Keep it up Sunflower! Looking forward to next week's weigh-in!!

Thanks lovely :) It could have been much worse! The choccies were so tempting :( And I have a white choccie sheep from my sister that is calling my name!!

I am sorry that your parents are not being very supportive. It can be really difficult to stay on track when those around you are constantly trying to throw you off, but you did awesome! I understand the skipping WW thing to. I bet the scale at your doctor's office was right and next week you will see a big drop when you go to WW again. I love trying new recipes, so if you find some and try them out be sure to pass them along! Great job and keep up the awesome work. :hurray:

If I find any goodies I'll be sure to give them to you!! I really like stuffing chicken with various bits now :) Likeee, cream cheese and wilted spinich. Orrr parma ham and low-fat mozerlla..or chillis and cheese! Then I wrap it all in bacon and have it with home-made fries and mixed veg or salad!

is AMAZING for Weight Watchers recipes. Or just healthy, low-calorie meals. Really, really good site :D

Thanks Jay!! :D

Doubleclick -- Ermmm, some people. My family, very much so. They've seen me about 3 times since I started so they've been able to see me looking slimmer. Although, I went to see a friend I hadnt seen since Xmas and she didn't mention anything. *shrugs* I think I look slimmer and that's what is important to me :)

Plus, Yank tells me I'm beautiful as I am about 10 times a day so everyone else can go to hell ;)

Not planning on going to the gym today..Think I'll take a walk with Yank later as the weather is finally cheering up (touches wood).

I don't know about anyone else but as soon as I get home from the gym I just can't seem to do anything else. Was so tired yesterday but drank far too much and went for a 40 min fast walk along the sea-front at 2:30 in the morning with Yank and Room-Mate. Was beautiful :D

You are doing awesome girl! Keep up the good work. There is no way that someone wouldn't be able to notice all those inches missing from your body lol. If they don't mention it they are blind or jealous.

It probably doesn't help that I have NO new clothes. I dont even own a pair of jeans anymore because they're all too big. So I'm literally living in a denim skirt with a belt, leggings and huge baggy hoodies because that's all that I can get into! So I'm not surprised people can't tell. Maybe I'll strip of nekkid next time I'm home and wait until people notice. Although that would alarm them more than anything, me thinks.
