*stumbles into thread*
I am painfully hungover. Like, really. I feel vile.
It was alllll going so well yesterday--Went to the gym, had a healthy lunch, allowed myself 800 calories for my evening meal and ONE GLASS OF WINE.
Well, ended up drinking a whole bottle. Plus a vodka and lemonade and two shots of apple sourz. Why do I do this to myself? And on a thursday!! On the plus side, dinner consisted of a tiny bit of rice and left-over home-made sauce (like 200 calories worth) and a bit of garlic bread (100 calories) so food-wise I was good.
And now today I just feel like I'm dying. Got up at 7 to take a friend to her hospital appointment and just got back in (11:45am now!) and want to crawl back into bed.
*shudders* Or be violently sick. One or the other.
Breakfast: crisps (yay, off to a good start *rolls eyes*) - 120
Lunch: WW soup - 70 WW yog - 60 fruit cup - 100
Dinner: jacket potato with mushrooms/bacon/lowfat cream cheese and salad. - 360.
Snacks: kiwi fruit - 29 crisp-bread - 120 glass of wine - 200
Exercise: 40 mins of walking up-hill.
Total: 1059
Will have snack later though
