Thanks for stopping in everyone!

I forgot to tell y'all something yesterday:
There's a particualar theater around here that is known for their smallish seats. When they changed their seating from regular to stadium, I left there in tears with little bruises because my hips ground into the metal of the seats. I have avoided that theater for 2 years.
My parents and I went to that theater yesterday and the seats were nice & comfy.

As soon as I wrote about it being warm out... the cold front moved in. It's currently 32 degrees out. Me & my big mouth.. err keyboard?..lol.
So I pretty much made my goal of 1400 calories.. I'm off by 34 calories. And I did my 2 miles. AND I didn't snack at all. So I would call it a good day.
Tomorrow's goal:
1.5 miles, toning exercises, 50 sit-ups & 1600 calories
Food & Activity
Breakfast: tomato & asparagus frittata with salsa, cottage cheese & hot tea with honey
Lunch: tuna salad sushi roll with cucumber & carrot, carrot slices & hot tea with honey
Supper: 1 bowl of chili with cheese, 1 piece of corn bread & 1/2c. milk
Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,434
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 143
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 44
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 109
Water (Goal 80 - 104oz): 64oz
Exercise: 2 miles in 45 minutes
