so I feel that way when I drink alchahol!! I used to when
I did smoke had to have a cig when I drank then when my
drunkness wore off I ate everything lol needless to say

Thanks guys, I'm just going to call it cheat day. I counted every last morsel that went into my mouth and I only went over by a small amount. I ate like crap but I'm more upset at the behavior of munching and snacking. Grrr! :mad:

Tomorrow is going to be a lean day - limit is 1400 calories. No snacking. Period.

No exercise today, rest day.

Thanks Randy, I had that statement swimming in my head as I was making my breakfast. 300 calories for the meal total and I'm stuffed to the gills. Frittatas rock my socks at only 120 calories! :D:D (Plus cottage cheese & extra salsa ...mmmm!)

When my cousin was preggers, she had a massive craving for vanilla ice cream with sauerkraut. Bleh!! :p..lol.

My plan thus far is going great... I slept through breakfast. So I had breakfast for lunch, I'll eat a light (planned) snack at 3:00p and then supper at 7:00p when the fam. gets home from work. I need to get out and do my walk while there's a slight break in the weather. January in Indiana and it's warm out - Oy! what are we doing to our poor planet!??

As soon as I get done with my walk, I'm going to type up my new exercise plan and tape it to my desk. I love my new compact ass! And I want my bingo arms and belly to match. I look back at when I was happiest with my progress and had the best results with my diet - that was when I incorporated both strength and yoga... so it's time to adjust and adapt.

yup, compact asses are the way to go! I heart mine too! So, what is the excersize plan to get those arms in tip top shape? sharing is caring...lol. I have wings I'd like to get rid of.

It looks pretty interesting - I'm excited to get started on it. My goal is to be able to wear short sleeve/sleeveless tops this summer. I usually wear light jackets & hoodies all summer because of the flapping arms & that weird fat roll over my elbow. I'm done torturing myself... though I don't think I'm going to be ready for shorts. We'll see. :D

It's warm there, Amy, because I'm freezing here! When we got up yesterday morning to go to breakfast it was 26F. 26!! It's never been that cold in the entire 2 years I've lived here!

I forgot to tell y'all something yesterday:
There's a particualar theater around here that is known for their smallish seats. When they changed their seating from regular to stadium, I left there in tears with little bruises because my hips ground into the metal of the seats. I have avoided that theater for 2 years.

My parents and I went to that theater yesterday and the seats were nice & comfy. :D:D Yay!

As soon as I wrote about it being warm out... the cold front moved in. It's currently 32 degrees out. Me & my big mouth.. err keyboard?..lol. ;)


So I pretty much made my goal of 1400 calories.. I'm off by 34 calories. And I did my 2 miles. AND I didn't snack at all. So I would call it a good day.

Tomorrow's goal:
1.5 miles, toning exercises, 50 sit-ups & 1600 calories

Food & Activity
Breakfast: tomato & asparagus frittata with salsa, cottage cheese & hot tea with honey
Lunch: tuna salad sushi roll with cucumber & carrot, carrot slices & hot tea with honey
Supper: 1 bowl of chili with cheese, 1 piece of corn bread & 1/2c. milk

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,434
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 143
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 44
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 109

Water (Goal 80 - 104oz): 64oz
Exercise: 2 miles in 45 minutes
