Welp, I had a pretty good day! I came in under my 1600 goal which makes me very happy and no unplanned snacking which is also great... but I had a little more sugar than necessary. That Skinny Cow chocolate milk is sooo yummy!!! Especially when it's microwaved for a few seconds with a dollop of fat free cool whip, awesome hot chocolate.
Got all the exercises done that I had planned, the routine is actually pretty easy. I think I'm going to up the reps. on a few of them on Thursday.
And to top it off, I danced in the living room singing at the top of my lungs for a few minutes.
