wow thats fantastic that you can fit in the seats.
I bet you are really happy about it!

I recall telling my friend when i can sit in her outdoor seats and stand up without them staying attached to my hips then ill be happy, well that was a while back now, now she gives me the evils every time i go over lol :D
 
Seats like that have really kind of kept me off airplanes. That's a very measurable way of seeing your progress Amy. Great job!
 
Hey Peq!!! How ya doin?!! I did tae bo yesterday, i finished the entire video! and this morning...it said i gained back to 285!!!:mad: I am getting so discouraged, but tryin to stay in the game. I am pretty sure its bc of TOM, but can it really be 5 or 6 lbs of water weight???? I hope thats it....wont know til next week. I feel really bloated, but honestly, do u think its THAT MUCH water weight? OH well, let me kno, thanks! By the way congrats on the seat thing!! :D

Morning all.. err afternoon I guess. :D
I kind of overslept again today. I've got to remember to set my alarm before bed because I hate waking up so late. I feel like I'm burning up time that I should be doing something productive.

Wishes: I've not yet tried the white plastic chairs that my grandparents have on their front porch. Last time I sat in one, it killed my hips and kind of swayed with my body weight like it was going to buckle :eek:..lol.

Cannon: Oh how I loathe flying! It's humiliating. My hip fudge touching the poor person next to me, asking the stewardess for the extension, people staring the whole time... with most of the country being big, you'd think they'd make it easier for people to keep their dignity.

Em: Hang in there girl!! It could be water or muscle or TOM or any number of factors. Just remember your goals. You're such a strong young woman - You CAN do it!!!!!

Yeah you always have to watch for the legs on those plastic ones ... they tend to go outwards if its in a slippery floor!

Welp, I had a pretty good day! I came in under my 1600 goal which makes me very happy and no unplanned snacking which is also great... but I had a little more sugar than necessary. That Skinny Cow chocolate milk is sooo yummy!!! Especially when it's microwaved for a few seconds with a dollop of fat free cool whip, awesome hot chocolate. :cool:

Got all the exercises done that I had planned, the routine is actually pretty easy. I think I'm going to up the reps. on a few of them on Thursday.

And to top it off, I danced in the living room singing at the top of my lungs for a few minutes. :D:D:D

Tomorrows Goals:

1 - 1.5 miles & 40 minutes Yoga
at least one good belly laugh :D

Morning!

Belly laughs are the best workout ever! So is dancing and singing your head off. It's ever better when you're trying to teach a 2yr old how to 2-step. LOL. Leads to lots of belly laughs!

Got my walk in, 1.3 miles... but I think I screwed my hip up. When I step just right, it feels all achy and tries to pop out. Ick. So my time sucked: 30 minutes. I think I'm going to go take a couple of Advil and then sit in a slightly too warm bubble bath, maybe that will help things.

Ugh, sorry about your hip!!

Yesterday I got into the car very strangely, where I put my leg in, and it snagged on my other legs pants some how, lol, and I fell into the car. It really really made my knee and hip hurt too. It went away though. Yeah, definitely try the warm bath. Maybe try some light stretching as well... Not sure if that's good advice though... lol
