I was trying not to laugh out loud! Andy went in to go to bed and I knew if I laughed, I'd wake him up! OMG, Amy, that was hysterical! I forwarded that to all my family.

Evening all - glad you enjoyed that little story as much as I did! :D:D.. lol.

So my goals from yesterday were:
1600 calories - Yep! (well - over by about 80 but that's what, a cough?..lol)
1 - 1.5 miles & 40 minutes Yoga - Yep!
at least one good belly laugh - Double Yep!! :D

I'd call that a good day. Yay!

My hip is feeling loads better. I think it could just be some stiff muscles due to the terribly cold weather. Tomorrow I'll have to remember to warm up a bit before I try to go out full force in that stuff.

Weird thing: I was getting ready to take my shower, was going to turn the bathroom radio on but decided against is since it was just going to be a quicky... I get out to find the radio going. Now I KNOW I didn't turn it on and it wasn't on when I got in the shower, nobody came in since the bathroom was locked. Very odd. To the ghosties in our house: damnit stay out of the bathroom while I'm neked!!!..lol. ;)


Food & Activity
Breakfast: lean cuisine la poule cesar bowl with parmesan & hot tea with honey
Lunch: tuna salad on crackers with veggies, minestrone soup & orange juice
Snack: 1c. skinny cow choco milk, oatmeal bar square thingy
Supper: la poule stir-fry with rice, hot skinny cow with cool whip, 1/2 cookie

OMG that was the funniest thing I have read in forever!! I started laughing and couldn't stop!! My family just stared at me like I lost my mind!! I had to read it out load to them... using different voices ofcourse.

I don't know french... I have been to France went when I was in the Navy... we acted out everthing that we asked for... good fun!

I slept for crap last night and you know why???:mad:

Because I had a midnight snack of milk & crackers. Bah! Thats was stupid for a plethora of reasons, chiefly being that I woke up with a gnarly stomach ache because of reflux. Stupid stupid girl. But calories have been noted first thing today, about 150. And this will not be an excuse to let the rest of the day go to hell. I have goals that I've set for myself today and by-crackies I'm going to accomplish them!! :D

Ok, my rant-to-self is over, I've got to get dressed, get my walk, take a shower and review the French I learned from yesterday.

Still a good choice considering. Sometimes it's better to eat and just take the edge off than go bonkers and really lose control. I think you played this hand smartly. You coulda done a whole lot worse.

My fingers are on fire from the jalapeño I cut up for my mom's pica de gallo and achy from knitting.

Knitting.. oy. Giggles asked my to knit him a beret.. ok no problem, I can do that, never made one before but i can read a pattern. Oy this thing turned out terrible, it's too short in the puffy part and too big in the headband part and the top is just.. oh, it's bad. Like a bloated skull cap or something. :eek::p ...lol.

Yeah, so it took me roughly 2 weeks to knit a fancy dust rag..lol. But I will make one, mark my words!!! I will make a beret and it will look fabulous.. unless it doesn't then I'll probably die a little inside. ;)
