Girl I know what you mean mean. I've stayed the same weight for the last three weeks. Ridiculous
. I think after your surgery make sure you are getting plenty of fiber and water and take some vitamins. Since you won't be able to do much on the outside you really need to make sure you're taking care of the inside. Try to avoid a lot of meat since that take three days to digest. Hopefully you can eat a lot of "live" foods. And LOTS of sleep. That will help your body heal faster. Good luck girl!
In fact, I think I could start a library with all the fitness books I have LMAO! And I'm STILL a chunk!!! I think the step challenge is definitely a good one but I think I'll have to pick a challenge that I can do at that time as well since that will be the week of my surgery. I'll be spending a lot of time in bed that week.
