2.5 litres of cold water
some diet cola
Roast pork, gravy, cauliflower, sprouts, carrot, parsnip, swede, spring greens, 1 spoon of apple sauce

I think you know by now that I rarely require nagging in the challenge area. I may slack off in the beginning of the week, but I always get my act together, rarely drop exercise or bonus pts.
