Hi Natalie Jo
Good to see you back. I had wondered how you were getting on. Studying hard and feeling low.... I am not surprised. Set aside some time where you pamper yourself.
I am so cross that Weight Watchers put me off walking 11 years ago. I had even started walking a couple of miles in the morning and the same at night and they effectively told me not to bother. Now I realise looking back that the time I stopped because they told me not to bother was just about when my weight loss ground to a halt. I am 48 years old now and could have been a different shape in my late 30s and all my 40s. My life could have been so different.....
I firmly believe that walking is the best way for us PCOS girls to drop any weight. I tried so many times without the walking and got nowhere. Like you I have counted calories so many times that I have a decent idea of calories even when I dont count them - just by being in the "being good with my food" mindset.
It sounds like that appetite suppressant bar you tried was a lesson to us all. Some things just do not do what they promise.
So - you have 9 pounds to lose - you have done it before and can do it again. Like with your birthday celebration gain - recently added weight seems to come off quite quickly if you refocus and get back into the swing of things. I know that you can do it.
Take lots of care
Love

I thought - oh my Goodness how will we keep a straight face - I know he might have a nickname that we could use instead and not use either of those names. So I got talking to him and said how we were a friendly bunch and did he have a nickname that he would prefer us to use. His face really lit up and he said that yes he had a nickname - it was Bong. Apparently it is quite a common nickname for Phillipino lads. And that is how we got a member of our team called Bong Ponce.
