No rain for the walks. We both had our hair cut – unfortunately I doubt that an ounce of weight came off in hair! Weighing out all my veg to calculate fibre was a pain – but I weighed mine all out raw and cooked my veg in a separate pan. I discovered counting calories a long time ago that everything gets cold if I try and weigh mine when I dish up and I do so much veg the only practical solution is to cook it all together.
