Thanks once again for visiting me. I always love seeing you all here.

I swear that I get time to think things through when I am walking that I just cant think about even alone at home. With other people or at home there are too many distractions. When out walking you can just walk and think. I am sure that you will have a wonderful time in NZ

- and as I said in your diary - everyone will be so impressed with your weight loss and how healthy you are looking nowadays.

It is great news about your smear test.

We must keep an eye on these things - but it is always great to see that everything is as it should be.
I am so pleased that your stretch marks are looking a little clearer already.

That is wonderfully quick results that must encourage you to keep it up. I swear that my creaming got rid of my double chin in double-quick time.

The flight to Rhodes is 4 hours from here. I think that if he manages to lose weight we would certainly go as he certainly enjoys it there too. I think that he would like to lose weight in some ways - but that he doesnt like the struggle of it (who does?!). Generally he tends to get impatient and at that point is more likely to give up. Obviously a weight loss project for him should really be a big one (as mine is) as he could lose quite a bit of weight and still be morbidly obese (as I did).
I have mentioned that I think that he would have less problems with his joints if he were to lose a bit of weight. I think that he generally accepts this to be the case.
Internet access in Rhodes is basically a case of either managing to get an OTE line into where-ever you are living which can be a problem or going to an internet cafe. We managed to get an OTE line when we were out there because we took over a line from someone else and hubby diverted the wiring to hit our apartment. Someone is living in our old apartment so that would be in the lap of the gods.
If he gets sick of his job he might suddenly decide that he has had enough and leave, or if they made him redundant (unlikely but you never know as his team management has been outsourced) - then I think it very likely that we would go.
I am pleased that you are trying the echinacea.

I swear by it if there are any sniffles about. I am still actually taking it regarding these germs that were here a week or two ago. I dont know whether you know about it. It is supposed to give the good soldiers that fight that kind of infection a bit of a boost so they come out fighting extra tough!
Take care

Love
Margaret
