Heyas Ohappy,
Wow I never thought of the gym that way!
I never been before because I have a phobia of being around
lots of people I don't know and add exersicing in front of them
I might just freak out lol! But......winter=less peeps hmmmm might
get brave then again dragging kids out and wonder if I don't know
what I am doing in the gym lol lots of questions for a 1st timer but
at times I feel I could get alot more fit and lose more by going? Well
I hope you have a gr8 day,Tammy:)

Yea... most people don't wanna go out in the cold or icky weather. Certain places have childcare, like the Y or some Ladies Only gyms...I belonged to the latter once. My daughter had so much fun in the kids area that she was never ready to leave when I was done. It's ok to have lots of questions, a trainer will walk you through the first couple of weeks until you get the hang of things. Most come with a free fitness assessment and then they show you what equipment to use to help you meet your goals. I rather enjoyed my experience at Ladies Fitness (when I lived in another city) but I went one day and the door was locked and a sign on the door saying they were out of business...and I had JUST been there two days before! But that's another story. It's ok to have the questions, they expect it...they get worried when you DON'T ask. The place I went to before charged a $1 for childcare for each visit or $10/mo...I felt that was more than reasonable. ...just giving you a little something to think about.

This week has been EXHAUSTING! I did 3.5 miles after work yesterday, felt really good. I have been sooo tired this week, I had to really push myself out there yesterday but I did it. Had meetings alllll day (from 12 - 5) and got no lunch. Worked late today so I didn't get to Curves, wasn't really in the mood for it anyway. I REALLY wanted to get out of work in enough time to join my local YMCA and get in on the Kickboxing class tonight (M and W)...but no luck. I'll join Friday (Bre has cheerleading tomorrow night) after our tennis lessons. Then Monday I'll get to go to Kickboxing! YAYY I'm so excited!

Gotta go clean up some and get lunches and things prepared for tomorrow. I'll try to be back and get around to diaries...but I'm really tired so I may have to do it when I get to work tomorrow. :D

Girl you will love the kickboxing! You are doing awsome keep up the great work you are and inspiration!

That's good that you're going to a kickboxing class, it sounds like fun! Let us all know how it goes after your first day. I got my Cindy Crawford video today... :)
