Ok, my new goal is a six pack...I think they are soooooo sexy! :p :p So I'm going to do 300 crunches every night. I was doing 300 bicycle crunches, but not on a regular schedule really. So now every night I'm going to do 100 bicycle crunches, 100 fitness ball crunches and 100 oblique twists! Whew! :D My deadline is Christmas, I probably won't have a six pack by then, but I'll work really hard and see what happens. I'm still going to go to Curves and do my walking.

I am shooting as a goal for now getting down to 1 roll instead of

Thanks for coming by and for the congrats!!! My tummy hurts thinking about it, but I'm going to push myself! My yoga mat is gonna be worn out!!! LMAO :p
As for your goal, I'm right behind you girl, cheering you on!!! As strong willed and determined as you are, I consider that goal MET!
 
Definitly some pictures! Yea for you!!! You did so well! Now the real hard part. Keeping it up and not getting lazy cause you are there. But you are very strong willed, so here's to your new skinny, life!!!:D

BGS, that's what I am soooooo afraid of...gaining it back. But it felt so good as I stood on that scale, if it hadn't been pouring raining I would've left for a two mile run! I felt so invigorated and empowered. I've been joking that once I reached my goal I was going to eat a cheeseburger, but now that I'm here I just can't! lol Which is a good thing!

Wow OHD!! I am so happy for you. You are amazing!! Way to go on crossing that finish line. The bad news is you better not slow down because there's a whole lot of us chasing after you. The good news is we're getting a lot smaller as we go. Way to go!!

Ok...had to rethink the 300 crunches every night. A friend of mine who used to be a personal trainer told me that was a no no. I can work my abs every night but not the same muscles. As I understand it, there are three parts: upper, lower and obliques and all three areas need to be worked properly in order to get that six pack.;) So here's my goal/plan:

Monday: Upper abs
Tuesday: Lower Abs
Wednesday: Obliques
Thursday: Upper Abs
Friday: Lower Abs
Saturday: Obliques
Sunday: work out all three areas ...or rest? Hmmm???

OR

Monday: Upper abs
Tuesday: Lower Abs
Wednesday: Obliques
Thursday: Rest??? Hmmm?
Friday: Upper abs
Saturday: Lower abs
Sunday: Obliques

I have to decide exactly which exercises I will be doing to work these parts, crunches will be included, but not sure what else. Then once that's figured out, I need to decide on how I'm going to "catalog" it, so to speak so that I can make a ticker for it. Do I want to do number of exercises, number of nights that I exercised? Hmmm? So much to decide....makes me tired. lol
 
Had to stop jumping up and down, and stop screaming yippee long enough to write this...A huge congratulations for you!! You'd better stay in here!! The rest of us need you!!!
