It's a good goal Mikey! I'm working on it too, but mine will be hiding under the fat for a good year yet:p

Steal on Mike, steal on...its fine with me. I got up this morning and did 300 bicycle crunches...so my abs are tight as well. *ouch* I don't mind sharing this goal at all...actually, I'm starting to rethink the whole thing! :p

Ok...so here we go. This "before" pic isn't me at my biggest, it's from 3 years ago and I'm not sure how much I weighed...but as my daughter nicely pointed out to me, my clothes "are too small" in this one so I guess it can serve as a "before." :eek: I tend to run from cameras so this may be the only full body "before" shot that I do have. I must say though that because these pants are squeezing my thighs so much you can't see how full they are but you can see that they don't belong in those pants...:p :eek: And this after shot was taken last month...in a fitting room at Burlington Coat Factory.
 
*oh gosh* Actually I was hoping people would treat it like a car pulled over by the cops...look and keep going. :p Thanks DQ..now I'd like to pretend that I never posted that pic. :eek: But actually I might take a more recent one, I look funny in that after shot...I really do look healthier than that. I really do look like I need to eat some bread in that one. lol
