Ok, my new goal is a six pack...I think they are soooooo sexy!
So I'm going to do 300 crunches every night. I was doing 300 bicycle crunches, but not on a regular schedule really. So now every night I'm going to do 100 bicycle crunches, 100 fitness ball crunches and 100 oblique twists! Whew!
My deadline is Christmas, I probably won't have a six pack by then, but I'll work really hard and see what happens. I'm still going to go to Curves and do my walking.
