I'm SUPER proud of myself today, I powerwalked 4 miles today, at 15 minutes per mile! I felt so good afterwards, and then I had to pick my daughter up, rush home and shower and get her to cheerleading practice. Then I realized I needed to run down to the New Balance store and get her a pair of shoes. When I got back to pick her up I had to wait for a few minutes so I sat down.

OUCHY! I hurt! It's not my legs, it's the sides of my buttocks...if that makes any sense. I suspect that my thighs will be hurting in the morning because they feel like lead right now.
At any rate, I'm really proud of myself. I walked those 4 miles as fast as I could! I left work early to go for my walk because I knew I had so much to do but once I got the first 2 done so quickly I just kept going.

I think I'm going to sleep quite well tonight.
Now my food on the other hand sucks!
Breakfast:
1 1/4 cup of All Bran yogurt bites cereal
1 cup low fat milk
water
Lunch:
3 cups of romaine lettuce
2 oz feta cheese (reduced fat, Athenos)
1/4 cup of blueberries
10 sprays of Balsamic Breeze salad spritzer
1 bag of grapes
water
Snack
1 large peach
Dinner:
1 large peach
water

I know, but I'm just too tired to eat anything else
I had this wonderful menu inputted at Sparkpeople with hummus and broccoli and carrots, and some grilled chicken, etc for dinner. Not gonna happen...me tired, very, very tired.
