Today's menu

Breakfast
2 slices of raisin cinnamon toast
water

Lunch
Salad:
2 cups of romaine lettuce
2 oz feta cheese (reduced fat Athenos)
1/4 cup of blueberries
10 sprays of Balsamic Breeze Salad spritzer
water


Dinner:
Not sure yet


Snacks:
1 Large peach split in half (one for afternoon, one for morning)
water


I'll plug in totals once I figure out what I'm having for dinner.

It isn't so bright here cool damp gloomy cloudy it seems
like I post these days more and more can we say "FALL"
lol! The leaves are so darn beautiful here all up and down
the sidewalks so many colors! My kids are collecting some
to take to school to show teachers! Have a gr8 day Tammy

Yea the leaves are beautiful, I love this time of year! I know the kids are having a ball picking leaves and deciding which ones to show at school. Ahhh, the good ol' days! :D

there used to be a skate shop near where i lived in nyc.. one of my favorite tshirts they had in the window was emblazoned with Girls Rule, Boys Drool... I always wanted it but didnt' have enough sass to wear it :D

:p :p :p My daughter has that shirt...got it just a couple of weeks ago. I had forgotten all about it. :p :p
 
Megan saw that shirt and said there was NO WAY she was going to wear that - seems her daddy used to be a boy and she's sure he didn't drool ;)

OH, and her top 12 list of possible marriage partners are all boys - she wouldn't want them drooling either!

Well, Breana's dad STILL is drooling :rolleyes: but she's not yet at that stage where she's thinking of boyfriends or being married. I'm hoping we can stay at this stage! I'm not ready for *giggle giggle* "Mommy he's cute." yet. *sigh*
 
How old is Breana? Megan is 10 today and still gets grossed out seeing kissing on TV, but I think she's secretly watching between her fingers ;)

She's IN love with probably 5 boys and has the BIGGEST crush on one of her swim coaches...she told me in her most serious voice that "Scott's PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT goes well with his hair!"

LMAO! Ummmm...ok.... ;)

glad u like it. Oneplace is good place to go when u can't sleep. nice broadcasts. There's one on healthy lifestyle. but havn't listen to it yet. 26 Jul one is on weightloss!!! I'm goin in now! heeheh....
