You know I really hate Curves for the simple fact that it makes it a lot harder for out of shape guys like me to find a gym. There are like 8 curves in a 5 mile area by my house, a Bally's (Not going in there) and 2 muscle head gyms (also not my thing). The two places that were possible closed when the women started going over to Curves. Obviously, women are more comfortable there and more power to ya, but sucks to be me.

The calcium intake sucks,but when I add cheese my sodium goes up way too much and it's already higher than I care for. I'll just be sure to take my GNC multivitamin. I can't spend another *expletive* minute at Spark People tonight! :(

I'm sorry to hear this Cannon...I wonder why there are no "Men's only" gyms?

Hey everybody! I'm having a great weekend and I hope you are! All of my teams are winning (College and NFL), I couldn't be better!! :D :D

I got my 2 mile powerwalk in this morning, have finished off 100 oz of water...and still sipping! I did some strength training before I left this morning, worked my arms and back...hope that helped burn more fat off, I read somewhere that it would.

My daughter just left for a playdate an hour or so ago and I'm thinking of heading back out to the lake for another 2 miles.

I went up to my local grocer and found the Kashi Go Lean waffles that Mal posted over in her diary and some fresh strawberries...can't wait til breakfast tomorrow morning! :D

For dinner I'm going to try these sweet potato pancakes that I bought while at Harris Teeter, I sure hope they're good!

Hey there sounds like a yummy menue and congrats
on power walking in the am I keep telling myself to get
up and try walking in the morning but I love my sleep too
much lol! I usually go after lunch. Tammy

As long as you get it in, I don't think it matters! So keep it up! :)
