OMG...These sweet potato pancakes are soooo good!!!! (Yea, I know it's 8:00 and I'm just eating dinner...:eek: )....but the fact remains that I am in LOVE with these things. I sprinkled a little cinammon on 'em....:D :D :D :D

If you love sweet potatos (and I do), you'll LOVE these. And if you don't like sweet potatos...you just might after trying these!!

oooh i didn't see the blueberry.... hmmmm... might have to investigate this... :D with some thawed out frozen blueberries instead of my usual raspberries...:D or maybe salsa :D
