Total water 90.7 oz...that's the only thing I did right today. I took my water with me to all my meetings. Didn't get much food in, but I stayed hydrated.

My totals aren't great today either. I've been super busy today and now I'm just tuckered out. I'll try to eat more for dinner, but I can't guarantee it. :(
 
I did stop by the grocery store and picked up those blueberry kashi waffles. Can't wait to try them out in the morning.

oooh i didn't see the blueberry.... hmmmm... might have to investigate this... :D with some thawed out frozen blueberries instead of my usual raspberries...:D or maybe salsa :D

LOL...had to put that salsa in there huh? I think I've recovered from my salsa addiction....but you never know when I'll relapse. :p

Good morning everyone,
I'm feeling really good today, unlike yesterday this time...so I'm hoping the day will be GREAT. I have a few meetings, one out of the building...that's the one I'm nervous about. At any rate, please pray that all goes well for me.

I prepared my menu for today early on yesterday and my food is all packed up and with me today, including my 90.7 ounces of water. I did add a banana to my breakfast though. It's jut a habit that I grab fruit for myself and my daughter on the way out the door in the morning. I'll have to readjust my totals and add my banana a little later.

I got a little more sleep last night than I have in the past week or so, so I'm a bit more rested and that's always a good thing. I watched the second half of the Steelers/Jags game in the bed and as much as I hate to admit it, I dosed off for a few seconds in the last 5 minutes of the game. :eek: shhhh please don't tell anyone. I'm very happy for Jacksonville!!

I do my measurements and weigh in on the 29th at Curves and I'm soo nervous. It always feels like now the harder I try the less comes off. I just hope I can meet my goal and get the last of this off by my birthday. *fingers crossed*

Oh well, let me get to work. I'll talk to you later. :)
 
Excellent planning OHD with the food and water.

Don't be nervous about the Curves measurements. You'll be smaller I'm sure.
