Thanks so much everybody for the encouraging words! They truly mean so much! *big hugs*

We should all get together and have a 5k walk/run. That would be so great, to be able to meet and hug and run/walk together! That would be so awesome!
 
Today's menu:

Breakfast
1 banana
water

Mid morning snack:
baggie of red seedless grapes
water

Lunch
Reduced fat crunchy peanut butter on whole wheat
baggie of raisins
water

Mid afternoon snack
Apple slice and more peanut butter. lol
water

Dinner:

not sure yet, thinking about salmon w/a teriyaki glaze and steamed veggies with some good ol' H2O...:D

Gonna hit Curves this afternoon for my work out and weigh in ... for myself, not the month. I'm not weighing and measuring for my Curves update until the end of the month, but I want to see if I've lost any weight in the past 2 weeks. I'm praying for at least a 1 pound loss. I'm premenstrual right now, and I'm bloated so I hope that doesn't affect my weigh in. I just took 2 Midol Completes to hopefully it'll help my weigh in to be more objective! Wish me luck!

hahaha... I have taken a break from the scale because I don't think it will be good to me... :( hahaha. I hate when it's gone up so I would rather wait until I feel like I've lost something!
 
Hey girl....Good luck with that weigh in!!!!!! I'm sure it will go well, with all that hard work! Ya liking the peanut butter today or what!! LOL! I only like it with jelly or honey! Nothin like a good ole fashioned PB&J! Maybe those cravins are kickin in! LOL!! I vote walking too, but maybe that's cause my dog's fat too! And he do it with me! TTFN!!

I'm at work TRYING to stay focused but it's Friday and I'm tired....and quite frankly I don't care anymore! LOL I just wanna get outta here!

I'm relatively sure its more than a pound...but I'm taking the scale at its word. I usually weigh in the mornings and today I did it at 4pm, after I worked out so my clothes were sweaty...AND I'm premenstrual to boot! I'm so happy I don't know what to do with myself.

*OHD does her happy dance in her seat* ...oops, almost slipped onto the floor! :D

Booy am I glad I don't work at Petco! :D :D Maybe instead of buying him a doggie at Build-a-Bear, we can dress Banjo up with the clothes and stuff in the store! That'll be loads of fun! :D :D He'll be the best dressed dog in the south! :)
 
OMG!!! I was going to go to the store this weekend and buy his a shirt!! hahahahahaha... not because he likes it but because I think it's cute!
