It sounds like the symphony and fireworks in the park were great!!
 
Dinner:
baked chicken tenders
steamed broccoli with garlic seasoning
water


Got my 2 mile power walk in this afternoon. It felt SOOO good! My group is about to increase our walks to 4 miles twice a week! :eek: I guess I'm ready.
 
I would LOVE to have someone regular to walk with; although I love my music;) The few friends I have here have kids too, but no one to leave them with.:(
 
My daughter participates in the afterschool program at her school so it works out really well. She attends one of the schools that I work at so it works out pretty well for me. I leave work go workout/walk/run and then come back and pick her up.

Ohappy you are a WORKOUT MACHINE!! You will do great with the increased mileage!! Way to go!! That ticker is going to reach it's final destination soon!!! ;)

LOL Hey JB! Thanks for the boost! :) ...sipping on my water right now!...well, not RIGHT now... had to put the bottle down to type. :D
 
Today's menu:

Breakfast

All Bran cereal w/ Silk
1 banana
mug of greentea

Mid Morning snack
Baggie of red seedless grapes
water

Lunch
Reduced fat Crunch PB on whole wheat
baggie of raisins
water

Mid afternoon snack
Celery with reduced fat crunchy PB
water

Dinner:
Not sure yet :confused:

As you can see I've had a thing for PB this week. I'm premenstrual and I'm craving peanut butter, which is good...normally I'd be craving chocolate.

I must admit though, I was just standing in front of the vending machine contemplating buying a bag of M&M's. I want them so bad...but I talked myself out of it...hopefully I won't give in today! :(
 
if m&ms are something you regularly crave... the day you aren't craving them... but a small bag and put them in smaller portioned bags for 'emergencies'... 10 m&ms won't hurt you.. and lets you savor them... it's the whole bag that's bad for you... :D
