I said last night that I was going to post my weekend menu today but it now seems like too much to do.

Yea, I know I'm lazy, what can I say? Alright already, you twisted my arm!
Saturday:
Whole wheat English muffin - toasted
w/ grilled chicken (diced)
scrambled egg whites
-very yummy breakfast sandwich that both, my daughter and I enjoyed. Thanks for remindiing me Diva Mommy!
No mid morning snack
Lunch
Chicken nuggests from McDonalds
Diet Coke
(I know, I know)
No Mid afternoon snack
Dinner:
Peanut Butter sandwich (low fat chunky) on whole wheat
1 banana
While this doesn't look great

, I DID get in a lot of cardio on Saturday. I was out shopping ALL day, so I got in lots of walking to combat the chocolate binge I had the night before.
Sunday
Breakfast:
1 large peach
1/2 an apple
water
Mid morning snack
approx. 1/2 cup of raisins
Lunch:
Spicy Black Bean veggie burger
with spicy brown mustard and jalapeno peppers
water
Mid afternoon snack
1 apple
Dinner:
1/2 of a Roasted Turkey & Basil Pesto Frescatta sandwich from Wendy's
1 large peach
Diet Green Tea with Berries
Ate my dinner as my daughter and I watched the NC Symphony in the park. The show was great and the fire works were better than the 4th of July show this summer! GREAT evening.
