You and Banjo are making me wish I had bought a dog this summer like I said I was. I want a black Pug so badly. Her name is going to be Phoebe or Sophie, can't decide just yet. I've already picked out her bed, leash....and a few accessories. Every girl has to have her accessories! :D
 
good planning. Alot of people but a dog on impulse and then are surprised what all the things like a bed, toys, puppy shampoos and all can cost. I love dogs and it's good to know what your getting into. I can't tell you how many chew toys, and um table legs we went through lol.... enjoy the pup when she arrives.
 
Awww, everybody has doggies. We had a zoo at my house when I was a kid...dogs, cats, rabbits. If we could talk my dad into we had it at the house. lol Pets are a lot of work, but if you're an animal lover it's more than worth the expense. My daughter wants the pug, a rabbit and a gecko! She has two in her class and she's been coming home with pictures of that thing crawling all over her. :eek: Rabbits and dogs I can do...geckos ( or however you spell it)...I don't think so!
 
Ooops, I got so excited about all of the beautiful dogs that I forgot to post my dinner. I was lazy and went with a spicy black bean veggie burger with jalapenos and spicy brown mustard and a peach...and water of course.

But...I'm sitting here now sipping on a big ol' cup of coffee with silk...I love Starbucks. Sorry, but I had to. My dad called tonight and we had one of those long heart to hearts...you know the kind that leaves you both with blood shot eyes and a snotty nose...lol. Yea, had one of those and now that I'm out of Kleenex I need something strong to help calm me down. I don't want to open my bottle of wine because I'll drink the whole thing and I've learned from M2M not to drink and type. LOL (love ya M2M). Besides, I have a 2 mile walk in the morning and I don't want to have a headache....so, Starbucks mild blend it is! I love my dad, but I always get so emotional with him. :rolleyes:
 
You know, sometimes a glass of wine is in order ;) Even if it does make you type funny!

I couldn't agree more! :D Thanks for the Kleeenex, I'm a daddy's girl...what can I say? He and I are both big saps! :rolleyes: Somebody's gotta keep facial tissue companies in business right? lol
 
You should get a little pug!!! That's my favorite kind of dog... well don't tell Banjo ;).

Whenever I talk to my dad I cry too. He and I are really close and it's hard being far away from him. ::gives you cyber hug::

So I think you and I should start our own doggie clothing line! You need to fund your daughters build a bear obsession some how!!!! :)

Doggie clothing line sounds like FUN...and you KNOW I need something to support my daughter's Build-a-Bear "habit." lol
 
I have a scarf for one of my dogs - it's pink and says "Don't just stand there, Pet Me!"

I have a Pomeranian and a Papillon
 
This is a picture of my future baby...I have this pic on my desktop and on my phone as the screen saver. I alternate between this and my daughter. Isn't she beautiful?
 
That is such a cute scarf!!!! I would get one for Banjo but I think people know he wants them to pet him because he jumps all over everyone! haha he's bad.
