I looove my salsa! :D
 
I'm loving the salsa too:)

Good job with the weights! I've only got the 3 and 5 lbs weights from Wal-mart, but plan to build it up!

ROFL...I bought some this weekend from Sam's....oh my GOODNESS! It took all I had to not turn the container up to my head and drink it all! It is SOO good!
 
I love salsa too - but I can't do the dipping thing, I tend to get carried away with mindless eating if I use it as a dip. I will put salsa on my egg beaters or in tuna or I'll take a slice of turkey, put salsa down the length of it and roll it up and eat it that way.

Yummy!
 
It is pretty easy to get carried away when I dip. I'm preparing omelettes in the morning and putting my salsa on it and am having a salad for lunch and using it as my dressing. I'm so excited! :p I'm such a sad case! :eek:
 
Ok...I changed up my dinner, here's the ammended version and maaaaaan was it Yummy!

Dinner:
Spinach salad w/
cut up spicy black bean veggie burger pattie
jalapeno peppers
fresh salsa
water

Maaaaaaaaan, was it ever yummy! :D :D

I did my Curves work out today and then decided I had some extra energy so I went to the lake and did my 2 mile powerwalk as well. It was the perfect weather for a walk...I really enyoyed it.

i loooove me some spinach salad.. :D

i read somewhere once that spicey foods raise your metabolism for a very short period of time and help yo burn more calories - even if it's 5 minutes.. i'll take it :D

Yea, I used the salsa as dressing...found the idea in a salsa recipe thread HB started... I had never thought to do that before. I may never use salad dressing again! :D

Oh, I forgot to confess earlier. I wanted and tried to buy a bag of peanut M&M's earlier today...but I didn't have enough loose change in my purse to make the purchase. I took it as a sign and moved on. :p I'm going to try to remember to baggie up some on an off day like you suggested Mal. If only I had done it before now, I could've had my M&Ms today. :eek: Oh well...I had a great dinner!
 
I discovered salsa a few weeks ago--low in calories and if you get a brand that isn't high in sodium it is very healthy.
 
Uuummmmm salsa on a salad is yummy!! Especially if you grill some chicken in taco seasoning----Yum!
 
Sorry, I tend to do that don't I...get everybody in an uproar about peanut butter, Peanut M&Ms and now Salsa...please forgive me. :eek:

Anyway, I missed ya! I've only been gone a few days and here you are again starting a "food craving" thread! I swear, if I go to the grocery store tomorrow and find pbutter, M&Ms or salsa in my cart I will KNOW that it is your influence!! LOL :D

OMG...ROTFL This had me in tears crying! You are insanely funny!!! I'm at my desk cracking up, you're gonna get me fired! :p :p :p

As for your grocery shopping, I am claiming my innocence right now!!! :D

Glad you're back, you've been missed, and I'm so happy to hear that your little one's dedication was as beautiful as I knew it would be! :)

1 bowl of All Bran Yogurt Bites cereal w/ chocolate Silk (I've kicked Milk)
water

(was supposed to be an omelette but I was too tired to prepare that this morning, so I just leaned against the kitchen counter and ate my cereal. :eek: )


Mid morning snack:
apple slices and peanut butter :)
water

Lunch:
Spinach salad w/
cut up spicy black bean veggie pattie
jalapenos
fresh salsa as the dressing
(I can't wait til lunch time!!!!)

Mid afternoon snack:
1 white peach
water

Dinner:

Thinking about grilling some chicken, a little salsa ...:) and brown rice, but we'll have to see.
 
So I just put salsa on some toast and ate it... not too sure how I am feeling about that. :confused: It's like I just needed to eat the salsa!! hahahahaha
