I did the tape measure test today... according to that I went down from 16.9 to 12.2 %. I know it's not completely accurate but at least the BF is going down. I ran 4.8 km yesterday, did it in 26 minutes and it was @ 12:30, so it was hot. Had an awesome sweat on. Currently adjusting my diet, eating 5-6 times per day is a lot more work than it seems. But I am giving it a hook. Haven't had a drink in almost a week. I started taking PN powder to avoid muscle loss and help me out mentally ( placebo effect, bring it on - whatever works ), I am going to give this a real try now. My original goal was to get down to 215, if I remember correctly. I am now changing that. I want to get down to 210. So I have approx 14 lbs to go ( or less ). I have a ton of weight to lose of my abdomen. I prob have 10 lbs there alone. My goal for the next month is to lose 8 lbs. 2 lbs per week. Wish me luck.
