I did the tape measure test today... according to that I went down from 16.9 to 12.2 %. I know it's not completely accurate but at least the BF is going down. I ran 4.8 km yesterday, did it in 26 minutes and it was @ 12:30, so it was hot. Had an awesome sweat on. Currently adjusting my diet, eating 5-6 times per day is a lot more work than it seems. But I am giving it a hook. Haven't had a drink in almost a week. I started taking PN powder to avoid muscle loss and help me out mentally ( placebo effect, bring it on - whatever works ), I am going to give this a real try now. My original goal was to get down to 215, if I remember correctly. I am now changing that. I want to get down to 210. So I have approx 14 lbs to go ( or less ). I have a ton of weight to lose of my abdomen. I prob have 10 lbs there alone. My goal for the next month is to lose 8 lbs. 2 lbs per week. Wish me luck.
 
Here's the latest... took an unscheduled day off yesterday... had a few suds... and voila:

I don't have a weight cause i am off until Monday nite. I know I've lost, bought a new pair of jeans down to a size 34 ( from 36 )... and I actually feel alot better about my body. I ran one mile today, fast run, I didn't time it. Just went out for a run... it was kinda nice without a watch and a headset on. More relaxing.
 
I just finished comparing my first couple of pics ( I kinda wish they were clearer , but then again.. ). I have come along way since then. I really think that running is what did it for me. My diet saw very few changes, but I always ran 3-4 times per week and every run was different. I also think the BF was good, helped me maintain a bit of muscle tone. I still feel like a pretty big guy, hopefully the fall/winter will be kind to me. Look out, I am going to be HOT next summer.:p
 
Here's a pic from Sept.5.

Day off yesterday. Seeing very little loss of weight on the scales. Hovering around the 222-225 lb mark. I still have lots of fat to lose, I guess I'll have to blame it on genetics :p .....
