On a serious note, congratulations on your progress. I skipped straight from the first pic to the last one and you can see quite a difference. Photos are a great way to gauge progress. Keep up the good work.
 
Well I've lost a total of 18lbs... down to 232. Need to lose 17 more. Hopefully the next 3 weeks will lead to some lbs coming off.
 
Well I am off on vacation for the next week... I don't expect to lose any weight during my travels, no bowflex... I can still run I guess. So cheers to all you guys, do a workout for me, and I'll be sure to have a beer for you....

Things are going pretty good... survived my vacation without gaining one lb... I was pleasantly surprised. Getting back into the swing of things with running as I only went once when I was on vacation. I am into week 5 of my bowflex and I am still liking it.
 
Thanks alot... now to tackle my last 15 lbs.... getting serious tomorrow. Giving up drinking ( for more than just health/diet concerns ), done my 6 weeks on the bowflex ( 'cept for one workout )... doing a workout plan tonight that I will follow for the next 6 weeks.... also keeping an at home journal to track my running. I hope to post a pic of me at 210 lbs in 6 weeks.
