JB and NL, Thanks for putting things in perspective. Yes, I know I need to concentrate on those immediate goals, and be happy with what I have going now. However, sometimes that knowledge goes out the window when emotions build up.
Thank you all for your kind words. Sometimes just hearing them (or reading them) from someone else helps a lot!
Now that i've had my coffee things seem to be getting back to normal.
Yes, those last 10 pounds (although they may not be last, I don't know) are going to be harderst, because the lightest I remember myself in adult life is at 133. So breaking the 133-135 barrier will be very hard. Also, I think my body kind of needs to get used to this new weight. I'm definitely going to continue with exercise, and follow Skyler's advice and keep a bit more calories for later.
