Yes, when I eat around 1400 calories I don't even think that I'm on a diet. It just seems to be a "normal" day for me, and it seems more comfortable then 1200, although, like NL said, some days tend to be low and some are high, and that's ok.
To be honest, I have not lost much in a last month (maybe 1 lb), but I feel my clothes which used to be tight are looser. So I maybe building some muscle like Skyler is... I think the reason for that is the Protein Powder I'm taking(on Paula's advice). So overall I feel progress, albeit a slow one, and am pretty happy about that.
