Hey! Just caught up on your diary. Congrats on the loss so far! Sorry to hear about your knee - I had a hard time when I began running (I did a similar program as C25K) but my problem was shin splints! I feel your pain about wanting to work out but having to wait for the pain to go away first! The exercise bike sounds like a really great alternative, though. I noticed you ordered your hamburger without mustard. Just wondering, do you not like mustard? Yellow mustard has zero calories - I use this as a trick sometimes when I'm trying to cut back calories. If you like it, throw some on your subs from Subway for a little extra zing!

It's good that you where able to stop yourself from emotional eating, it's not an easy thing to do!!!!
