Hi All! I'm feeling much better today, I think I'm just worn out. Everything's been going pretty well though.
***be_gone_soon, it does help to get some stuff off my chest in this diary. I'm a stay at home mom in a town where I know no one except for my husband and baby so I don't get to talk to people a lot. It's nice to have a place to talk to people.
***OHD, well Abby didn't come with a manual but at the hospital I was at they did make you watch like 7 videos before taking her home, lol! Thanks for the encouragment

Well, today went really well, I got my exercise video in the mail and did exercise part A, they suggest doing that for 2 weeks before moving on to part B. It was great, very short but I could feel the burn!! Just right for a new mommy! I think I'll do it twice though, for a little more of a challenge.
Eating went really well. I really do miss those 100 calories but I know it will be worth it in the long run. I've lost 2 more lbs which means I have lost 5.5 lbs since beginning to cut my calories 3 weeks ago. I'm so excited for myself, yay! I seriously have all you guys to thank

I'm going to have to hang around here even when I have lost all the weight to make sure I maintain it! No, really, I owe you all so much! For calories I did good, here's what I had today:
Breakfast: Bagel with margarine (330)
Snack: grapes (90)
Lunch: Fishstick dinner (360)
Snack: Cheez-its (130)
Dinner: Chicken Alfredo (420) and garlic toast (130)
Beverages: Crystal light (40)
1500 calories total!! Yay! See ya tomorrow everyone!!
