Hey! I finally have a couple minutes to tell you what I thought would be something for you to try related to diet. I mentioned before about the protein shakes and I think those are great for nutrition and low in calories. They are pretty cheap depending on what brand you buy-any protein shake even soy with 20 g or more of protein is just what you need. You can use water or milk or juice to mix it with. What's really easy to grab and cheap is lunch meat and canned veggies. I keep fat free turkey meat and canned green beans as a staple in my house and whenever i feel hungry i just have two slices of turkey with half a can of green beans heated up in the microwave-it's filling, fast, cheap, and low in calories, and it has some carbs along with good, lean protein. You want to try to buy turkey meat and green beans that are low in sodium (sodium causes water retention), but if not you can always rinse of the meat and beans and that helps a lot. So, shakes in the morning and/or lunch, lunch meat and beans for snacks and lunch if you want, and as far as dinner....I would say eat what your mom fixes only eat less of it bc you do need some complex carbs like potatoes or rice...if its pasta or pizza i would opt to eat a very small amount and supplement with some veggies. Anyways, I hope this helps-of course its up to you, everyone is different. Let me know if you need anything!
