I am pleased with the way things are going thanks.

There are some photos of me on a link hidden away on page 21 of my diary. The recent ones were taken a stone and a half ago.

You have to remember that I am
a/ a middle aged lady (so I will always look old) and
b/ in the middle of an enormous project.

I have to say that when I lived half my life at 21 stone - I never thought that I would get to 12 and a half stone again (which I weighed in at today).

I think that you have to register on ringo - but that is a 20 second job.

I couldnt get the photos to load up on here any other way. The size was all wrong.
